The proportions of the filling can be adjusted to your taste; you can add or remove ingredients as you like, but all the components that can be cut should be finely chopped.
Chop the cheese in any way you prefer, mix it into the cottage cheese, and add the other filling components. You do not need to grind until smooth; if there are lumps, it won't spoil the final result.
Combine the liquid ingredients of the dough and lightly beat them with a whisk or mixer.
Separately, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt into the dough. Combine both parts of the dough thoroughly to achieve a smooth mixture with the consistency of thick sour cream.
You can bake the pie in an oven mold or a multi-cooker. Grease the walls of the mold or bowl with oil. First, pour in half of the dough, then add the filling, and then cover with the second half of the dough. You can sprinkle sesame seeds on top if you like.
The baking temperature should be about 180°C, and the baking time is approximately 40 minutes. To check if it's ready, pierce the casserole with a wooden toothpick or matchstick; it should come out dry.
This pie tastes better when it's cooled. It will inevitably "fall off" by the time it cools, but this shouldn't bother you.
