User-Generated Content (UGC) Release and Consent Agreement

This agreement is entered into between the undersigned individual (“Contributor”) and BECHIRA LEDOROT R.A., with its principal office located at Nachal Katlav 5, Bet Shemesh, Israel, 9962029 (“Organization”).

1. Grant of Permission
   
   I hereby grant BECHIRA LEDOROT R.A. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, publish, adapt, and distribute the content I have voluntarily provided (the “Content”), including but not limited to:
   
   • Text, comments, testimonials
   • Images, photos, or artwork
   • Videos, audio recordings
   • Any other media submitted by me voluntarily
   
   This includes publication on the Organization’s website, social media channels, printed materials, and other public communications related to its mission and activities.

2. Ownership and Rights
   
   I confirm that:
   
   • I am the sole creator and/or rightful owner of the Content, or I have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to share it.
   • The Content does not infringe on third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy.
   
   I understand that this agreement does not transfer ownership of the Content to the Organization but grants it the right to use it for non-commercial, mission-related purposes on the Organization's web page: http://hopecooking.org.

3. Use of Name and Likeness
   
   I consent to using my name, likeness, or publicly shared username (if applicable) in connection with the publication of the Content unless I have explicitly requested anonymity in writing.

4. No Compensation
   
   I understand that I will not receive compensation for using the Content by the Organization now or in the future. The contribution is made voluntarily in support of the Organization’s non-profit mission.

5. Withdrawal of Consent
   
   I understand that I may request the removal of the Content from online platforms by contacting the Organization in writing. The Organization will make reasonable efforts to remove the Content from public-facing platforms but cannot guarantee removal from all third-party sites or prior distributions.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   
   This agreement is intended to comply with internationally recognised standards of intellectual property and data protection, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant laws in the jurisdictions where the Organization operates and where the Contributor resides.
   
   Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved in good faith through mutual negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached amicably, the matter may be referred to a neutral jurisdiction acceptable to both parties or settled through international arbitration.
