Beat the eggs with sugar and salt; it is important to make a strong foam. Add milk and stir until smooth.
Gradually stir in flour and add water. The dough should be liquid enough, without lumps. It should pour freely from the ladle but not too quickly. Then, the most important thing is to add lemon juice to a teaspoon of soda. The soda will begin to foam. This mixture must be added to the dough and mixed.
Place a frying pan (preferably a pancake frying pan) over medium heat and grease with vegetable oil. I usually pour the oil into a bowl and apply it on the pan with a brush.
